These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website vedcura.in and all associated services provided by Vedcura (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an AYUSH-licensed cannabis medicine clinic registered and operating in India.
By accessing our website, creating an account, booking a consultation, or purchasing medicines, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
Vedcura provides the following healthcare services under the AYUSH regulatory framework:
1.1 Online Consultations
Video and audio consultations with our AYUSH-registered practitioners. Online consultations are available to eligible patients across India and are conducted through our secure telemedicine platform.
1.2 In-Clinic Visits
In-person consultations and treatments at our registered clinic locations. Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our support team.
1.3 Medicine Delivery (E-Commerce)
Purchase and delivery of AYUSH-licensed cannabis medicines prescribed by our practitioners. Medicines are dispensed from our licensed pharmacy and delivered to your registered address through our logistics partners.
1.4 Follow-Up Care
Ongoing treatment management, follow-up consultations, prescription renewals, and treatment plan adjustments.
All services are provided by qualified, AYUSH-registered medical practitioners and are subject to applicable Indian healthcare regulations.
2. User Eligibility
To use Vedcura's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create an account and provide consent on your behalf.
- Be a resident of India or physically present in India at the time of consultation.
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and consultations.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if eligibility criteria are not met or if information provided is found to be false or misleading.
3. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account on vedcura.in:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@vedcura.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your account to obtain medical consultations or prescriptions.
- You must keep your contact information, medical history, and other profile details accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities.
4. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Booking
- Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting our support team.
- You will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS with appointment details.
- Appointment availability is subject to practitioner schedules and may vary.
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or offered as credit toward a future appointment.
- Rescheduling is permitted up to 12 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
- No-shows (failure to attend without prior cancellation) are not eligible for refunds.
4.3 Practitioner Cancellation
If a practitioner is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund at your choice.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets as supported by Razorpay.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking and must be paid in full before the consultation.
- Fee structures may vary based on consultation type (initial vs. follow-up, online vs. in-clinic).
5.3 Medicine Purchases
- Medicine prices are displayed on our e-commerce platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
5.4 Refunds
- Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy (Section 4) and our refund policy.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Medicine orders that have been dispatched are subject to our return and refund policy as displayed at checkout.
5.5 Failed Transactions
If a payment is debited but the transaction fails or the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 business days. If the refund is not received, contact support@vedcura.in with your transaction details.
6. Prescription Policy
6.1 AYUSH-Compliant Prescriptions
- All prescriptions issued by Vedcura are written by AYUSH-registered practitioners in compliance with the AYUSH regulatory framework and applicable state and central regulations.
- Cannabis-based medicines are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and in accordance with licensing requirements.
6.2 Prescription Validity
- Prescriptions are valid for the duration specified by the prescribing practitioner.
- Refills and renewals require a follow-up consultation to assess treatment progress and adjust dosage if needed.
6.3 Prescription Restrictions
- Prescriptions are issued solely based on clinical assessment. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued for every consultation.
- Prescriptions issued by Vedcura are valid only for medicines dispensed through Vedcura's licensed pharmacy or authorized partner pharmacies.
- You must not use Vedcura prescriptions to obtain medicines from unauthorized sources.
6.4 Patient Obligations
- You must disclose all current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions to the prescribing practitioner.
- You must follow the prescribed dosage and administration instructions.
- You must report any adverse effects or concerns promptly to your practitioner.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Vedcura is not an emergency medical service. Our services are designed for scheduled consultations, ongoing treatment management, and non-emergency care.
- Do not use Vedcura for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services (112 in India) or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
- Our consultations and treatments do not replace emergency medical care, hospital treatment, or specialist care for acute conditions.
- The information provided on our website and during consultations is for informational and therapeutic purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for independent professional medical advice for emergency or acute conditions.
- Cannabis medicine, like all medicines, may not be suitable for every individual. Treatment outcomes depend on multiple factors including your condition, adherence to treatment, and individual biological response.
- Our practitioners exercise independent clinical judgment. Treatment recommendations are based on the information you provide and clinical assessment at the time of consultation.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Vedcura's Intellectual Property
All content on vedcura.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and design elements, is the property of Vedcura or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our website without prior written permission.
- Use the Vedcura name, logo, or trademarks for any purpose without authorization.
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of our website or services.
8.2 User-Generated Content
If you submit testimonials, reviews, or other content to Vedcura, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and publish that content for marketing and service improvement purposes. We will not disclose your identity without your consent unless required by law.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or consultations.
- Attempt to obtain prescriptions through deception or misrepresentation of symptoms.
- Share, resell, or distribute medicines obtained through Vedcura to any third party.
- Use our platform to engage in any illegal activity.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the operation of our website or services.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website using automated tools without written permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Vedcura, its directors, employees, and practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our website or services. Temporary service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for delays in medicine delivery caused by logistics partners, weather events, regulatory changes, or other factors outside our direct control.
This limitation of liability does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedcura, its directors, employees, practitioners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misuse of our services.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you during registration or consultations.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as Razorpay for payments and logistics partners for delivery). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Vedcura is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party services.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
- The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
- For significant changes affecting your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before the changes take effect.
- Your continued use of our services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@vedcura.in. Upon termination, your access to our services will be discontinued. Data retention after account termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14.2 By Vedcura
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- We are required to do so by law or regulation.
- Your continued use of services poses a risk to other users or our operations.
We will provide reasonable notice before termination unless immediate action is required for legal or safety reasons.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vedcura regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
